“1st delivery....garden mirror in box with metal panels, broken. Pieces of mirror fell out of box. No fragile, glass warnings. Courier returned all. 2nd delivery of 6 metal panels ( didnt bother with mirror ). Each panel to have 2 ground stakes. 6x2= 12. I received 10. Made contact and 2 more were posted to me. Maybe less speed, more care of attention.”

“Good communication from the sales desk. Products where deleivered in time. Order was sent in two consigments which was confusing as the manifest stated one consigment with two boxes. Who decided to send metal fencing in cardboard packaging needs to be re-trained. My fence end loops were bent over and had to be straightened again and repainted. Couriers don't handle stuff very gently and i thought this was a real stupid thing to do. the fence panels could not be installed straight away until I bought tools to make them suitable for installation. The products are excellents once they are installed.”

“Ordered Companion seats with square table between. Was not advised that seats would be sent separately so only received one to start with, and that came with the wrong table. Second seat arrived two days later and am now waiting for the right table. Assembly was easy,and quality looks good.”

“Where is it ??. The Chiminea cover turned up at the address stated. No sign of the chiminea, the courier, or anything from the seller..??. These people take the order and appear to not oversea the delivery of the product bought on line in the first place..”

“So pleased with our Panacea black ball top fences. We needed something for ontop of a coping stone topped wall. There was a sheer drop onto paving slabs and we were worried about our Children falling off. Not only do they serve a purpose from a safety point of view, they also look really good. We had to saw off the posts otherwise they were way too high for where we needed the fences to sit but with the right power tool, this worked fine. We used wall brackets and base brackets and all worked well. For the price, we are very pleased with them.”
