Half of the item I ordered missing , they couldn’t find it , so refunded .

Ordered Companion seats with square table between. Was not advised that seats would be sent separately so only received one to start with, and that came with the wrong table. Second seat arrived two days later and am now waiting for the right table. Assembly was easy,and quality looks good.

The item arrived damaged beyond repair , probably in transit. But staff quickly arranged a replacement and that should be here in the next couple of days.

Delivery took quite a while to get here but communication was good. We bought the Christmas pudding balls and with in 2 seconds of giving to my puppy the balls had disintegrated into dangerous sized pieces of rubber. This product is not safe imo. I have complained and awaiting response back.

The Online experience was good..easy to navigate and lots of lovely products..delivery great.. I ordered 4 Fairy Garden Stakes..2 for a friend and 2 for myself..lovely products..lovely iridescence on the wings and bodies..however both of mine have lost a wing..but still look lovely

Good price and nice products, but as stated before by other reviewers. The packaging is all there just please seperatete metal painted items with the bubble wrap. Don't put them in together, then they won't bang together all the way here and chip off the paint!!! It's not rocket science!!!

Sadly, I'm rather dissapointed as this Trailing Calathea Houseplant was made out of plastic and i was expecting a houseplant. Unfortunately it didn't state this in the title or on the main page and customers are expected to click on the specification link and read the info there. I had to return this plastic plant and am now out of pocket as the postage paid on delivery and return has cost me almost as much as the plant! It would have been very helpful if it had been clearly labelled 'Artificail Trailing Calathea House Plant'.

I never received my order , it was not delivered. The tracking said the delivery was declined , not by me ! the order was returned to you . I have received a refund but I wanted the faux flowers .

The couriers they use are not reliable or helpful, they also do not provide tracking. Ordered garden furniture and not received a week later. Was told the courier had called and text me to deliver. I had no call and no text. I was then given the couriers number to call myself and arrange delivery. Courier agreed to deliver this morning and took my partners number to call when they were on there way. Didnt turn up so chased them again to be told we are not down for delivery today or any other day but said they could maybe deliver tomorrow! After explaining the situation they finally agreed to deliver this evening

I’ve spent over £450 on a stone BBQ and the communication post purchase has been zero. I rang to check it’s whereabouts and it’s still not here 3 weeks later.

Easy to place order and goods were received when expected. Unfortunately one of the handles on the bucket had come off during transit. I would have returned for a replacement but the bucket was necessary for a particular purpose on that day. However I would be happy to order from this company again.

My purchase was handled promptly, however whichever member of staff packed my order needs to be trained in how to wrap. I purchased 5 decorative birds with real feathers. Very delicate items. They were stuffed into a box that was way too small ie 14 x 12 cms. The birds weren't individually bubble or tissue paper wrapped. Consequently one of the birds had a broken tail feather. Yes, I was offered a refund- not the point
