“Bit more flimsy than advertised and not as high end as the price I paid”

“The quality of the bean bag is good. I bought one a few years ago and was happy with it. This one however was stuffed to the brim with beans so I had to remove about half of them which was quite a messy business.”

“I think the bean bag looks lovely - I have marked it down as there were no instructions and only after I emptied the beans like old bean bags we had did I realise the bean bag netting of beads was meant to go in in its entirety. So what was designed as a bonus became a hassle due to lack of instructions. Other than that service and delivery was very good and I would recommend.”

Hello Deborah We are sorry you are finding your beanbag stiff and uncomfortable, the polystyrene bead filling is pumped full of air which with use will start to feel less full. Please contact us if you are still unhappy.

“I ordered a midium size mustard colour. However the bean bag is darker than in the picture which is a big disappointment. Also has a bad smell of plastic considering its meant to be in kid's play room. The size is literally much smaller than I expected. I do get the measurements but it's probably of cover not the actual bean bag when it's filled up. Fabric is lovely, shame only one child can use it at time.”

“GREAT QUALITY BUT TOO MANY BEANS MADE IT HARD TO SIT ON. HAVING REMOVED OVER HALF THE BEANS IT'S NOW GREAT.”

“Excellent bean bags - super comfy. Useful that filling comes in small bags though i find they are rather fragile and have to be replaced frequently (quite a hassle and some expense)”

Hi Lara, Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review and we appreciate your feedback. The beans are contained in net sacks which go straight into the cover as they are, nets and all. These are just there as a means of shipping the beans, and to make it easier for you to fill the bean bag once you receive it. These nets are similar material to tights so that they stretch enough when inside the cover. We do sell replacement nets on their own rather than buying the filling with the nets which would be a cheaper option for you.

“Ordering great. Delivery a bit of a nightmare. Ordered 2 beanbags for a set day on a Monday First delivered Sat. Second meant to be delivered Monday but failed to show. I had to contact the delivery company and reorganize for another delivery. Not impressed by delivery given cost of order.”
