I have 1 part of my order, the beanbags.9 DPD sent the cover back as it said the package was damaged I have received no information or product since.

I cannot rate the product unfortunately as its not arrived. The company were great with regards to ordering etc, my item was dispatched in good time and supposed to be delivered Tuesday 6th December. Every day i have received a message from DPD to say its delayed and will be arriving the next day, its now 12th December and still no Bean bag and no contact from anyone. I wanted this item for my home this week for Christmas and am worried if it has gone missing. I hope i can get through to DPD to fid out where my item is or i will havr to ask for a refund

Poor design. Exceedingly difficult to stuff the bean sacs into the bags. Why not just send them filled??

Hi Kamal, Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review and we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunatley our larger beanbags are too large to ship pre-filled, we pre-fill all of our smaller beanbags. The sacks go directly into the covers and our couches come with filling guide to help you fill then correclty. We did try to keep you updated as much as possible and provide help with the delivery issues, but we appreciate that your experience wasn't as good as we'd have liked. Still waiting for delivery. Twice planned deliveries have failed due to the ineptitude of delivery firm, meaning a spoiled Christmas for one little boy! I have a further delivery planned for the 29th, not holding my breath though.

not happy false advertising the advert shows 2 adults sitting on the Bean bag which was what we were looking for to help my son with SEN with his reading. He is 8 and only just fits on there himself

It is completely flat. There was not nearly enough stuffing. I can send a photo, but this is extremely upsetting. Can you please send more filling?

Item arrived with fault making it unusable. Said they would send a replacement to me to arrive on Thursday, it did not. E-mail from courier stating it would be delivered on Friday... It was not. All-in-all not impressed.

Hi Kathleen, as outlined in our returns policy "Any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition."- Megan

Hi Amanda, unfortunately we do shut down for the Christmas break however these dates are advertised on our website. You emailed us on the 3rd in regards to your order and I emailed you back on the 5th, the day we returned. "Hi Amanda, sorry for the delay in getting back to you our office only reopened today. As all of our bean bags are cut and made to order we are experiencing longer lead times currently due to these unprecedented times and the christmas period. I will resend your confirmation email, so just make sure you check your junk folder as well! Your order will be dispatching from us within the next couple of days but you'll receive an email as soon as this happens " -Megan
