Couch arrived very quickly and fabric was great but assembly was extremely difficult, ie to fill it in and also the couch has already sunk and you slide down when you site on it

Ordering was the easy part. Delivery a whole other story! 2 boxes, 2 separate drivers, 2 delivery times so it wasn't a positive experience. I've received no follow-up email/contact either, so customer service could do with improving.

It's a nice bean bag initially but its colour faded a lot in places where the sun hit it through a window, it's now black with brown faded areas, not very nice at all.

Company themselves have been fab but delivery has been terrible still waiting. Keep getting told everyday that there is an issue and will be delivered tomorrow. This has happened since Monday. I think this is more of a dpd issue than company themselves.

I can't comment on the quality of the product, as I haven't received it yet. Every day this week I've received a message saying it would be delivered "tomorrow" and we've made sure that someone would be at home to receive what will be a large package. Hopefully it will arrive today. I know that all things postal are difficult at the moment, but the delivery company should just say that they can't provide a date until they're sure that they can deliver.

2nd time ordering dog bean bag having often reordered bag refills and covers. Despite website saying filled in nylon nets appears you have changed you filling policy to open fill- this is not on the website and is misleading. an open filled bean bag is useless to a dog owner as you have to remove the cover and wash every couple of weeks. I am now faced with having to manually remove the bean into covers you service team are sending. Service team have however been understanding and helpful but you need to reverse this policy as you will loose customers very quickly

I scheduled delivery on the website for 23/5 however, without any notice, one parcel arrived on 21/5 and a second parcel on 22/5. Fortunately, my property has a concierge so they accepted delivery in my absence. It would have been much better if both parcels had been delivered on the requested date. The product does appear to be very good at this early stage.

We dispatched both parcels on Friday with next working day delivery for Monday as requested. Unfortunately, we are finding that DPD are delivering on Saturday/Sundays instead. DPD should have sent you an email/text with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, as well as sending a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. The tracking also gives options to delay the delivery, request delivery to a neighbour or request that the courier leaves the parcels in a nominated safe place. It arrived as a kit — you need to assemble it yourself — but without instructions. Once I got advice from the company it was easy enough though. But my miniature dachshund chewed through it in minutes, making a dreadful mess. It’s sold especially as a dog bean bag but it’s not chew resistance, neither are the netting bags of polystyrene beads, and the beads themselves are not suitable for ingestion by the dog. A complete waste of money. I only gave two stars instead of one because customer service was okay.

Beanbag is the most uncomfortable thing we have ever sat on. Nothing like the photos. Customer services were helpful and sent more beans but it didn't help. I tried to return and have a refund but 30 days had lapsed so I was unable to. Complete waste of money.

The cover seems ok, but the filling is uncomfortable. I’m a little dissatisfied. Bean bags I’ve had in the past were much better.

Bean bag is molting terribly and my kids now do not want to sit on them. i have some photos to send if you can contact me with complaint details. I thought it would be temporary with the new material but it is still dong it now. ive tried hoovering them and everything. how can i return product as not happy with quality?

Delivery was delayed and that was after a 2 week turn around from Oder. There is no delivery timescale on the website to say delivery from ordering is around 2 weeks. Then the order got delayed. Nobody answers phone calls or replies to emails. Very disappointed

Ordering the sofa was quite easy. What I did not like was that I didnt know when my parcel was going to arrive. Hence, after I sent an e-mail I got half an answer from you. And after two weeks I got an answer from the courier. The second thing is the VAT. I had to pay €57 for the VAT including handling services (I still have the invoice). During the ordering process, the VAT, 40 Pound was deducted from the purchase price of the sofa. That is another 9 Pound extra. Last but not least, it would really help if you have a video where customers can see how to put the sofa together. It was hell putting the beans in the sofa. And it is still not correctly done...

Hi Christel, unfortunately for international orders we can only give the date of dispatch and an approximate delivery date as delivery depends on duty payment and customs clearance. In regards to the duty, each country sets their own VAT rate so this is something we can not control. I made the mistake of not checking the dimensions and was disappointed when the “cushion” arrived. I think the size description and the photographs were misleading

Lovely selection of fabrics, but extremely overpriced, malting materials and underfilled on delivery so doesn't hold shape. Really disappointing for such a high end price.

Our bean bag was great, until three years down the line when it was getting saggy and we wanted to refill it. The zip pull was tucked up under about 5cms of fabric, and we couldn't work it loose at all. We had to cut the fabric to access the pull, and found it was actually detached from the top of the zip, which had no stop tabs in place to retain it. It also looked like there was another zip underneath the first. When I contacted customer services they were dismissive to the point of rudeness. So check your refill zip when you receive your bag, as they won't want to know by the time you want to refill.

Hi April, unfortunately your item was out of the warranty period by a significant amount of time. We use a double zip to make them tamper proof and a lot of our customers love this idea! If you felt someone was rude to you it would not have been anyone's intention; as we are a small company we pride ourselves on our customer services.

Didn`t realise you had to stuff the sofa yourself! two bags split as they had small rips in them, polystyrene everywhere, nightmare. For the price you would of thought it would come already done.

Hi Phil, our larger bean bags are far too big to ship pre-filled. In this case the cover is folded flat, and the beans are contained in net sacks which go straight into the cover as they are, nets and all. These are just there as a means of shipping the beans, and to make it easier for you to fill the bean bag once you receive it. -Megan
