Good product for the price. I had issues with what i received which was someone else's order and due to that further problems with the delivery but once received everything ok.

Not as comfortable as I’d hoped as very hard.Bought the 3 seater and no way would 3 people be able to sit on it without being crammed together . Very disappointing

I found it difficult building the bean bag and I feel even though I did manage to build it, it doesn’t look 100% right. I think there should be an option for it to be made up by the company so the customers don’t need to build it.

Everything arrived in good condition. No problems with delivery. Only a day late which is great under the circumstances. Thank you

A bit disappointed that the bags holding the beans weren’t square and bigger to fill the cushion better I’ve had to empty the beans out of the bags so that it filled the cushion cover better and made it more stable and comfortable A bit expensive although the material is good quality and well put together

I found it so hard to put together perhaps it was just me, I was sweating! I couldn’t fit 3 of the floppies inside so now it’s just a bit empty and misshapen I’m really disappointed with it it’s so uncomfortable to sit on The good points were it’s great quality The communication from company are good

We like our bean bag chair though it isn’t as sturdy as I’d hoped and sags a bit at the back. No correspondence on updates with the order until I emailed to ask and suddenly it arrived the following day.

great order & delivery process - good quality product but I was expecting the chenille fabric to be soft - this is not like any chenille I have ever seen before - it is exactly the same as our sofa fabric which is definitely not chenille - looks hardwearing but I was after something softer & cosier - but OK now we have covered with a rug. Couldn't try & return as was a santa present delivered on 23/12!

Love the colour and material. Great quality and size is also as described. However long delivery period and when it arrived the bean bag feels only half full. Needed to order more beans to fill it fully

Was pleased my purchase arrived a lot earlier than originally advised. Was less pleased that it arrived in an open topped box, and since it was pouring of rain the bean bag was a bit damp.

Hi Sally, I'm so sorry your item was left like this. We take great pride in our bean bags so it would never have left us in that way. As we use external couriers we don't always know about problems like this until customers let us know. Let me know if you would like me to arrange an exchange- Megan

As I have already have a large bag, the cover of which is washable, I was very disappointed to see that the cover is not removable from the smaller bag. Not sure how long I will keep it as it's too full, so very hard and uncomfortable. I shall have to remove some of the inside polystyrene balls which will make a dreadful mess, just to have it useable for Christmas.

Service and delivery were really great, the actual bean bag itself I bought is quite uncomfortable, wouldn’t buy again.

The bean bag arrived quite quickly and is attractive, comfortable and well made. However, the score isn't higher due to the fact that it had a very strong solvent/chemical smell and was unusable due to the smell for around 2 weeks, until it reduced. The smell of chemicals also concerned us that it wasn't suitable for our daughter's small bedroom as this could be unhealthy. After storing it for another couple of weeks we'll use it in our larger living room.

All of our beanbags have a fire retardant coating so they comply with UK upholstery standards. Unfortunately some people are more sensitive to this than others- Megan

So here's my take after 1 week of using Corduroy Couch Bean Bag: 1) the "assembly" is not as straightforward as it sounds ("fill it with beans") and I didn't get a manual. It took me an hour of trial and error to put it together (e.g., I hadn't noticed a pocket within another one, and so I had to take everything out and start anew). I had no idea how much filling I should put in either. 2) the couch is a bit too deep to be comfortable, you might need a pillow behind your back. But then what's the point of buying a bean bag? Isn't it supposed to adapt to your body? 3) I'm concerned about the speed with which beans lose their shape (or whatever happens to them inside the bag). One week ago, the couch felt quite full and firm, but now it feels almost half-empty. Now, this is not necessarily bad (because it isn't supposed to be firm), but I just don't know what it is going to look like in a month or two from now. Will I need to buy filling every half a year? I would rather get a normal sofa if that were the case. 4) the material is really nice, I like it a lot. I got it in black colour which looks good too. 5) beans come in small bags which seems like a good idea. 6) it's a smart solution if you move a lot (which I do). I mean you can pack your sofa into your bag, how cool is that. 7) it's relatively cheap compared to normal sofas. Overall, I'm not entirely convinced though. My biggest concern is the third point: buying new beans every now and then would be a deal-breaker. That goes back to the lack of instructions - how often should I (expect to) refill it? How much should I put in? The seller could provide more guidance.

I found it very difficult to assemble to beanbag as there were no instructions and 3 boxes to just work out how to assemble. I would have preferred a heads up that it would be delivered that Way and some instruction of how to.

Hi Amber, the beanbags are supposed to come with instructions on how to assemble so I'm sorry this wasn't included in your order. I will check with our dispatch team that they are including these with all orders. On our website it does state self assembly is required for some of our larger beanbags as they would just be too big to ship prefilled - Megan

I was really disappointed by the size of your standard beanbag. I know you give measurements online but the images of adults are sitting in your beanbag do not equate to the size that you receive. There not cheap so although okay from my teenage daughter she may be growing out of them relatively rapidly. The product quality is good. Contact with us when there was a delay in delivery-which was only a delay by 24 hours was very good.

Very happy with the ordering and delivery process, but I would like to have been warned about the malting of the product in advance.

Too early to comment about durability but product in itself looks good. Delivery was a bit of a mess. Delays, alterations, available to collect, not available etc. Got them in the end!

Too full of beans!! We had to take beans out. Would have expected this to have been carefully considered.

Hey Sarah! I'm sorry you were unhappy with the level of filling inside your bean bag. The beans are pumped full of air, and over time the air can pushed out which means that the bean bag can appear less full. We try to include enough filling to account for this, and to prolong the life of the bean bag. It's worth hanging onto the beans you took out as you may find that you need them later down the line. Kind regards, GreatBeanBags Team

Fine until it came to getting beans into the cover. I didn’t realise I would have to do this. They were a nightmare to get all the sacks of beans in and one ended up ripping. Meaning there were bits of foam all over my house
