“I bought the small for my teenage daughter but it is very small and maybe better for a younger child. Quality is less than expected for the price.”

Hello, thank you for your review. We supply the sofabed bean bags with removable sacks of beans which allow you to choose how full you'd like it to be. If you're finding your sofabed a bit too firm you may want to try removing one of the sacks. Thank you, Stephen

“My bean bag is great but i needed new beans because the netting broke and i lost some beans. I would really like to see a proper liner containing the beans that would contain them better and allow for me washing the outer cover.”

Hello, unfortunately once the boxes are collected by DPD they sort them on to delivery vans. We understand that this isn't very economical but it's not something we have control over -Megan

“Bought a large Panther black bean bag from this company, the bean bag cover has totally shed its fur and keeps on doing so , makes a total mess of the carpet.”

“Ordering great, date agreed for delivery, reminded of this date, then delivered 2 days earlier than agreed. I asked for the 4th October because I was not at home the previous 6 days.”

“Great product. Delivery was delayed until a day I knew I wouldn't be home so I had to rearrange for the following week. DPD Delivery driver leaves the product outside the property (so could be on the pavement) and takes a photo, so if you are not at home, then it is easy for the item to 'disappear'. I don't find this an acceptable method of delivery.”

Hi June, you were home and accepted the delivery which is why the driver took a picture of it on the pavement before you took it in to your home. The drivers take pictures as proof of delivery and had you not been home to accept the delivery it would have been returned to the depot and not just left on the pavement. I hope this clears this up. - Megan

“The instructions weren't accurate - the amount of beans sent wouldn't go in the bag after many hours of trying! After calling the company I was informed that they send extra so not to worry that they wouldn't all fit. I was also told to keep the spares as the beans compress over time so will need topping up. It would have been useful to know this information up front! Bean bag itself is ok, comfort is as expected.”

“The delivery person was most unhelpful when I asked for a hand getting the boxes into my flat, I know my disability is invisible but laughing at the request for help was not a great response. We have bought one of these because we are having trouble getting a sofa to fit into our flat. It is not the same in anyway, comfier than the airbed I was using but not by much of a margin. My partner has fallen asleep on it a couple of times, while watching TV and when he has awoken, he has been in some discomfort. These are probably a great idea for teenagers to have in their bedroom, but for folk who are a bit older, this has been no replacement for an actual sofa.”

“The quality of the bag is great, however I struggled to get all of the beans in, I ended up with a bag left over and a bean bag so rock solid that it feels as though I will roll off. Sure having to many beans is better than not enough, but because of the construction of the bag it’s going to take some trial and error of where to take them out, not something I’ve been able to face since the fight to get them in. I’m genuinely surprised that none of the reviews reflects my experience,”

“I ordered a bean bag chair 24 Feb for my granddaughter, carefully entering delivery to her address nor mine. The confirmation email arrived the same day stating delivery would be to my address. I emailed the company and they quickly corrected that error (next day). At that stage there was no indication of when delivery would by despite the order indicating UK next day delivery by courier. I then had an email on 3 March telling me delivery would be next day, and indeed it was delivered on 4 March. These emails were from Greatbeanbags. I also had emails from Precision Stitching, a company I knew nothing about and as far as I was concerned I had had no dealings with. I binned the email as some sort of scam. From your latest email (10 March) asking for this review it becomes clear that Precision Stitching is the same company as Greatbeanbags. I suggest you save everyone a load of confusion by telling your customers they may get emails from either or both companies. Or mention Precision Stitching on the original order confirmation.”

“Was rather difficult to fill the bean bag as I'm only 5ft 2! It needed to be stood up to drop the sacks of polystyrene into. The cover was covered in fluff and chunks of red furry stuff so had to be hoovered before I could even use it. Too many polystyrene balls in it, it's quite hard and uncomfortable to sit on so will take one or 2 of the sacks out and get a floor cushion cover or pouffe cover to match. Good size though and good quality material”
