“I was very suprised to see the bean bag had to be assembled yourself with the bags of beans. I had great difficulty to fit them in and in the end had to remove some from the very thin netting. Not very impressed. Obviously done for transporting but caused a mess and a lot of time. The actual bean bag is good quality so was a shame.”

“I am pleased with the service of delivery being prompt, but I am disappointed with the bean bag itself as you cannot take the cover off to wash it as it has no liner bag to hold the polystyrene balls, I bought 100% cotton for this reason expecting to be able to wash the cover..........”

“Bought one corderoy beanbag which was excellent and delivery prompt. Decided week later to get another, same size /colour to match. After paying told there was a delay. In the end had to wait 2.5 months. Was offered a refund if I didn't want second one but needed it to match so had to stick with it. Disappointing as they wouldn't even send a temporary one (for Xmas) that we could exchange when my order came in. Need to improve customer service.”

“I ordered this item to arrive in time for a particular day....... alas it wasn't to be as it wasn't made in time......oh and then when it was made not all boxes would fit on the couriers van, so then I had to wait in a second day for the rest of my order, to be told by the courier that he'd easily have got it on his van the 1st visit the day before when he'd delivered !!!!! ???? Having said all that, and being disappointed over the actual receiving the item, it is a great product. Well made, comfy, though we took a couple of bags of beans out as we found it too hard .”

“Loved the fact we could specify the day of delivery as we wanted it before our son (who it was for) came home from uni. Disliked that they changed the day to a later one, disliked that they ignored our request to get it delivered to a local collection shop and delivered to our house instead, exactly what we asked them not to do. Loved the beanbag though.”

“When it arrived it looked good, it turned out to be very hard on my bishon frise, she found it hard to get on it and when she did she slid off, I . Thought the outer covering to hard and it didn't give way to make it comfy for my dog. It was also a bit large, since then I have reduced the size and covered it in a soft material and she loves it. On reflection I think it was filled to much and the cover was to stiff”

“I felt that for the money the company should have filled the sofa with the beans pre delivery. Was awkward and hard work and the inner bean bags flimsy and split easily. Plus all the bags didn't fit . A bit disappointing for the expensive price tag.”

“Nice quality and size but a little pricey if I'm honest got one for less than half price granted it was smaller 40 x 40 x 40 but this size from here cost £39.99 and I payed £18.99 including delivery just shows that I should shop around before buying the first thing I come across. Lesson learned I think. Other than price a lovely item.”

“Lovely colour plump and came quickly. Filled wit synthetic pellets will they become compressed? Not lined so will be quite a chore to wash cover especially as the pellets cannot be put in a plastic bag then returned with ease to the bean bag. Not overly impressed for the money.”

“Ordered product online, very straight forward, a lot cheaper than any where else I had seen on line. I reserved a delivery day and was contacted on the day with an hour slot (which as a working mom I was very impressed with). When product arrived took out of box and noticed the polystyrene balls coming out and there was unfortunately a large ish tear on the seem of the bean bag but I sewed it up and all ok now. Would really recommend as trendy, comfy, extra light and large. Was not disappointed”
