“I called Great Bean Bags after receiving my bean bag sofa to say one of the smaller inserts were missing. They didn’t return my call. I also commented on how I was very put off by having to stuff the bean bag sofa myself which took my husband and I an hour. They are so difficult to get inside. The bags snagging on the zips and splitting making a huge mess, the zips bursts open which shows turn aren’t strong. For the price they should come assembled. If you were disabled or not mobile filling would be very challenging. The composing should explain how hard it is to put together. And they should return calls. Won’t be buying from them again.”

“Product is ok however not sure the filling instructions are correct on the 3 seater as the base looks empty. Also struggled to fit 9 small ones in the arms etc. The 2 seater also states the same for the base (4 large) so I don't think you quite have this right.”

“This is a robustly made, smart bean bag but it doesn't have a lot of give and doesn't look very comfortable. I'm sure it's hardwearing and well made but can you make it a bit softer please.”

“I ordered a large sofa, arrival was a day later than originally scheduled. Lots of exremely large boxes full of bean bags were delivered. Very difficult to fill the sofa with the bean bags, definitely a two man job. Would be good if you offered a service to pre fill or on delivery. Be careful when filling your sofa, I had two bags burst, beans everywhere. Also, black corduroy looks more like navy blue.”

“I ordered a 1 seater beanbag sofa for my gaming room. Great material and looks great but doesn’t come assembled. Different size bean bags go in different compartments but no indicated on them what the sizes are and all look the same when held up. For the price I would of expected it to come with the beans already in.”

“Brilliant customer service. However, I bought the large 3 seat sofa. It was incredibly difficult to put together. The Bean bags split so easily so you not able to put any pressure on them to fill the cover to an acceptable firmness. The cover zips are not fit for purpose and Break far too easily. I ended up with a floor full of polystyrene balls. Returns are simple though”

“Customer services could not have been better - great communication and updates on delays. The bag itself is pretty basic and as such, not great value for money, but perhaps I was expecting a bit much.”

“I was very disappointed in this product, especially for the price. Firstly the seam down the middle of the back of the seat (which is very visible and noticeable because of the corduroy material) does not aline giving the sofa a cheap look. Secondly I spent two hours with my flat mate wrestling in the individual floppies into the beanbag sofa, resulting in them not fitting as instructed. In the end we had to empty some of the beans from a floppy to get them in the right place and for the zip to to even do up. Overall the product was very under whelming for the price. I would not recommend.”

“Not entirely sure how we got the bean bangs in but with scratches and blisters we managed. Not comfortable and not sure if filled properly. I wouldn’t not recommend it as quality and delivery was well done. But just not for us.”

“The colour was not as described. The placement of the zips made it very difficult to get the bean bags where they were meant to go, the light mesh of the bean bags themselves was so delacate that the slightest wrong move made it ladder. There was polestirine beads everywhere. The only positive I can really say is the fabric of the sofa itself (and it's build) was very strong and didn't seem enclinded to rip or break.”

“Great quality fabric, and easy to stuff! But for a large size, I can't 'cuddle up' on it, and likewise had to take out severalof the bean bags for it not to be too hard, I like a bean bag soft and squishy.”

“I wish there was an option to have it shipped with the beanbags inside the sofa. I would have paid extra for it. It was suuuuch a hassle trying to get all the bags inside the sofa, and it's so easy to get them caught in the zip. I had a bag split, and the beans inside just go everywhere. The sofa itself is ok, but I'd say it's not really soft enough to be a main sofa. Use for a spare room or a kids playhouse or something, and it would be great.”

“bough a couch bean bag two seater chair. its okay, a bit on the small side, not able to fit two people on it comfortably for a long time. Assembly was also a bit of a hassle, although i feel like I was sent way more filling than what I need which is good in case i need to top it up later on. I would recommend but maybe get a bigger size if you're using it to share. Also consider the colours carefully - they can send you material/colour samples free of charge.”

“Great choice of products. V good quality, too. Delivery not so good, however. Very disappointed to find I'd have to pay extra for a Saturday delivery. Opted for during the week as I had a day off anyway, and then discovered that the courier company couldn't give a time slot for delivery, not even an indication of morning or afternoon, so I had to stay in until they turned up. Frustrating and, to be honest, could put me off using your company again.”

“The stitching and material used is very good quality, however the fur sheds like crazy, so will need quite a bit of grooming before it's ok to sit in. Overall happy with it, would definitely recommend”
