“Excellent- trying to find a replacement grate for jet master but think they are not being made anymore thought a grid type grate might fit but wasn’t completely sure and sizing was difficult. Spoke to grate fireplace accessories very helpful and they sent me one to try and for an extra pound I could return it with full refund if it wasn’t suitable. It fitted!”

“Purchased stove spray paint recently and was extremely impressed with its application on the hood of my open fronted ceramic coal gas fire. The original paint had deteriorated and bubbled in a section at the front centre of the hood and looked unsightly. I prepared the surface and applied several spray coats of this paint and the hood looks fantastic and just like new. Excellent heat resistant qualities as well.”

“Seems robust compared with previous purchases (from elsewhere). And we are hopeful that it will do the job well. However delivery was abysmal, Evri Making a complete dogs dinner of it, pretending we were out when we were in, (no footprints in the snow to our door...a bit of a give away)taking photo evidence of somewhere else altogether and finally delivering to a Go Outdoors shop a mile or more away. Give them the sack and find a proper delivery service! They put you in a bad light.”
