“Coal bunker arrived damaged. Panels twisted and scratched. Parts needed application of molegrips to enable assembly. Bunker sliding door cannot be removed while getting coal out because of damage. Lid does not sit level. £20 discount offered on another purchase, then price increased by £20. Declined.”

“Disappointed with my order from Grate fireplace. Placed the order 16 days ago and still not recieved my order. Got an email to say their warehouse have received my stove glass but it has arrived the wrong size. Guess I will have to wait another 2 weeks to receive my glass now. Poor show.”

“I ordered the Outdoor mortar to re-point my pizza oven bricks, as the normal fire clay had deteriorated over the damp winter months. The ready mix tub arrived in time. I’ve since made up some batches and applied it. So far, it has certainly stood up to the still slightly damp April and the subsequent rain showers. I’ve also fired up the oven and the smoke is emitting from only the chimney - which is right. Time, I suppose, will tell of its effectiveness.”
