“Amazing service, great quality, great price. We’d been looking everywhere for a bespoke fire guard and finally found it. Couldn’t have been happier, really responsive employees who replied to my emails quickly and the bespoke guard arrived within a couple of weeks! I wasn’t expecting it to arrive so quickly and we are so pleased with it! It’s great quality and just what we were looking for, thank you!”

“I ordered a made to measure fire trim from Grate Fireplace Accessories and was advised that it would take up to 4 weeks for delivery. I received the trim within 3 weeks of order and it fits exactly and looks beautiful. Can't thank the team enough!”

“Order placed 3rd Nov, money was taken from my account 4th Nov, six-day delivery quoted but nothing received by 14th Nov. Order should have been received on 16th from their suppliers but now informed it would be another 3 to four weeks. I cancelled the order. Your order/stock processes seem to be sadly lacking.”

“Perhaps a danger of buying over the internet is that you don't see the item. I hadn't realized that the fender was pressed steel and consisted of just a front and top: no back or bottom. As I want to use it with an open fire, the embers I want to ensure stay in the hearth would go under the fender and onto the carpet. I have thus had to make a back from an old, oblong, steel bar which I happened to have. It now works, but I didn't anticipate that a DIY job would be necessary.”

“I ordered something from the website, paid my money and waited. I then got n email some days later saying they couldn't supply it and refunded my money promptly (which was good). Why on earth put products on a website if they aren't available?”
