“Didn't recieve product yet (customs), hope to have it end of the week ?(ordered 28.10...) and high costs product 52,17 € + shipping 50,09 € + bankcost (€/£) 27,83 € + customs 15 € + VAT 9,80 € = 154,89 € (= 200%). Why not payment with mastercard and registered for import EU ? KR”

“After a short delay, a phone call to Chris Berry quickly established the item was out of stock. No worries, we have not had to wait long and the fire was safely delivered, in sound condition, this morning. Now awaiting installation by a qualified gas engineer. Many thanks for your efforts on our behalf. Maureen and Bill Hall”
