“cant blame Grated Fireplace great value and service from them EXCEPT the delivery. EVRI was used and they are the most unreliable, lying uncaring courier. said they could not deliver i was in, will deliver next working day over a week later before them come. parcel damaged soaking wet front door left open in pouring rain did not ring doorbell. this is the usual service from EVRI where i live”

“Very good products & price, I bought a grate for my fire - as I burn through them, this one seems heavier gauge & more likeley to survive longer than the last ones, value for money & timely delivery, the free gift of firelighters is gratefully appreciated d not resides in an emergency/camping pack. Thankyou very much. Will definitely be recommending to friends & ordering again in future.”

“Grate cracked and broke on Day 4 of use. The grate was made of quite light metal which was clearly not capable of holding red hot coals.”

“Ordered a fender at noon on Monday, product arrived next day at 10am. Fantastic fender, really good quality and fantastic service from the company. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any other potential customers.”

“Had to chase to get any information about order. Turns out it's hasn't been sent out because part of the order was out of stock. No communication just not delivered. Fire then sent out after me requesting it. Logs turned up 5 days later. Really poor communication and customer service. Being on hold for 20 mins each time aswell is unacceptable.”
