“Not good. Left my car smelling mouldy. Not impressed after paying £70. Customer Service are the best at being unhelpful. Condescending emails. Seem not give a ....! If you have a problem/complaint.”

Hi, We're so sorry to hear you're not happy with your valet. Unfortunately if aftercare isn't performed after a valet a smell can arise. This can happen as we shampoo seats/mats and deep clean interior and our valeters do not carry driers so we do make aftercare recommendations. We advise that you leave your car ventilated for 48 hours after the valet by keeping windows slightly open/when driving the vehicle, you keep windows open to allow for ventilation and airing out of the car to help with the drying process as unfortunately, as smell could arise if left to dry in an enclosed space. “I had the amazing Danny come to clean my car today, im pregnant and wanted to take the stress away from driving somewhere to get it done. Danny arrived on time and went above and beyond when cleaning my car. It was absolutely spotless when he had finished with it. He even got all the dog hairs off, and their was alot! Couldn’t recommend him and this company enough! Really amazing service and for a great price!”

“Wow what can I say , Dan arrived on time , really nice bloke , the clean was absolutely amazing, my car looked better than show room , I could not praise Dan enough for the detail he takes to get my car looking as good as he did , I would certainly recommend, I was gobsmacked when I went outside to see the finished result , again thanks Dan , totally amazing work”

“My car has never looked better! I got the full inside and out package to get my car ready to sell and it looks brilliant. I even had a really tough stain on my passenger seat and he managed to completely get it out! Thank you so much Danny for the hard work you put in.”

“The technician arrived bang on time and did a great job of my nearly ten year old car. Check of tyres and oil etc was done quickly and efficiently - no issues. Very happy. Would highly recommend.”

“First of all original appointment cancelled, arrived late for 2nd and didn’t even know what repairs he was carrying out just moaned he had to travel 1.5 hours to get here. When he finished the job he invited me to take a look at his work and wow my Mercedes was now covered in orange peel paint to which I said that was not satisfactory, I’ll polish it out he said but I knew that was not going to work he then informed me that he’d never used this lacquer before (so untrained then) Then he phoned his boss who told me the repair should be seamless (oops) then was offered to have it rubbed down again and polished but as the repair had taken over 4 hours I did not have time (original concerns was a thumb sized lacquer peel). All I got from customer service was confusing and contradictory reply’s. Franchisee only apologised for the job running late and never about poor workmanship ( emails as evidence) please be very careful before employing this company to carry out any repairs to your car. You have been warned”

“Lewis came to clean my wife's car this morning which, before he arrived, was so filthy! This, Lewis told me, was his first job on his own after completing his training. “Danny came today to valet my car before selling it, I had recently just returned from a beach holiday with the children so the car was a mess! Danny was very polite and kept communications with me prior to his arrival. When he arrived he presented immaculately and was very professional he walked me around the car and told me what he was going to do and confirmed I had booked that service. In almost 30° heat he worked for almost 3 hours which is longer than I paid for, he assured me he wouldn’t leave the job until he was satisfied and that’s exactly what he did. I can honestly say this car wasn’t this clean when I purchased it! Absolutely incredible service from Danny couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. Thanks again Danny!”
