“Danny visited us today, polite, friendly and has done and amazing job on our 2015 Ford Focus. Looks if showing fresh and we are really pleased with the result. Will be booking Danny again for the big car next. Fantastic job. Graham and Rosemary”

“Just had my second clean from PO Simon and just like the first, he was prompt, courteous and did a cracking job at leaving me with a spotlessly clean car smelling amazingly fresh. The booking process was so easy and it really is a convenient way to get the job done!”

“Connor was excellent. He spent 3 hours cleaning my mum’s very dirty Hyundai i10. He worked diligently in 80 degree heat and she looked and smelled as fresh as the day she left the showroom! Will definitely use this company again.”

“I booked a full valet and was texted on the day to say the gentleman had a problem with his hose and pressure washer and had to go to Bristol to get it fixed. He said he could still do the valet but later that day, if it got fixed. Sadly it wasnt fixed in time so we rearranged for another date and time. That day and time arrived but I didnt receive any contact and no one arrived. I waited, and when I chased, I got no response. I contacted the office and explained what had happened and all I received was an automated email saying a full refund had been issued to me. No acknowledgement of what had happened, no apology, no explanation, nothing. I'm grateful for the full refund but for me, it was awful customer service and I definitely wont be recommending or using this company again.”

“Had a full valet with Fresh car. Danny from Fresh car did a marvellous job and we are delighted with the results. Danny was very prompt and had delivered a wonderful job on our car which was messy from children and a dog! Looks like when we first collected from showroom. Booked online. All good. Excellent service. Thank you Danny.”

“I only got mini valet, but they did a fabulous job especially on the inside as I have five grandchildren. As you can imagine it was quite a mess and it’s not been done for sometime,the carpet look like New on the outside to all in all very happy with the service young man who came out as extremely polite, courteous would use again and recommend to anyone looking for a service.”

“Was over half an hr late turning up, which isnt an major issue. But then a AutoGlyn van turned up and he was with them for 10 to 20 minutes. Ended up not spending the time and energy in valeting the car. Plastics looked the same and dash sheen was not applied, so still looked dull. Noted a few bits left under drivers seat, so not properly hoovered. Boot wasnt cleaned or hoover even though it was empty! Cost £160 and was suposed to be a show room finish. Had used this company twice a valet done twice. The first valet was great, it was the second valet (a different bloke) who wasnt that good. I ended up hoovering it and cleaned and bought a sheen to use on the plastics. Wouldnt now use again.”

“Unable to book a valet as the web site does not function. This has happened twice before and I have had to send an e mail instead. On the web site, whatever date you choose, they tell you it is unavailable.”

“Really poor clean from this company, the valet didn’t even show me around the car to see the work he had done. I expect this was due to the dirty areas which he completely missed. I had to get it cleaned again. I contacted their customer services too who were equally as useless.”

“Cannot recommend these firm highly enough. Gareth arrived and within a couple of hours it looked as though I had a brand new car. I was not the only one who thought that as a neighbour observing his work booked him too. :-) Money well spent.”

“Great experience!! Dan is a very nice young man. He arrived on time and checked what I wanted done. He then did a really amazing job cleaning my little car which has been parked in a private tree lined car park for the past nine months!! I was extremely happy to pay the price asked and will be booking regular valets from now on!”
