“We had both our cars valeted at the same time, both hadn’t had a good clean inside and out for a while but Jon spent 4 hours on them and they now look brand new. Would definitely book him again.”

“Firstly, this is not a dig at Freshcar. Just my honest experience. I can see by the reviews that the majority of users were highly satisfied with the service. I went for the full valet, "brings your car to showroom condition" Dan was on time, with a small child in tow. He got to work immediately and , as it was at my workplace I left him to it. He finished the job more than an hour and 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. I checked the car inside and out and noticed areas that were "NOT to showroom condition" The wheels weren't clean between spokes, carpet in driver footwear not cleaned, areas between seats and consol not even touched, marks where sticky residue were had not been cleaned off and biggest error of all, windows not rolled down so tops of glass were still dirty! To say I was disappointed with the service is an understatement, I was fuming. With an engine bay clean too, this had cost me £160! I contacted head office and agreed a £40;reimbursement but in all honestly the job still cost me £120 and I could've had the same job done at a local drive in wax and wax. Oh! Seats were ringing wet and took almost a week to dry out! The car was full of condensation this whole time. The car now smells damp instead of fresh and clean. Would I use again? Based on my one experience, no I wouldn't. It was a poor service carried out by someone who's heart didn't seem to be in it. A great shame. I gave a single star based on the refund I received.”

“Way better than i could have imagined, the two guys were great, just left them to it they didn't even want a cup of tea!! The finish to the car was excellent the only downside is i now have to get my wife's car done!! Would highly recommend.”

“I am beyond happy with the valet that Simon carried out on my Golf last week. In fact I would say he is a miracle worker!! I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the Portsmouth area that is lucky enough to fall within his catchment area. I will definitely be using him again, along with my partner, mother in law and some of my neighbours. Thank you again Simon.”

“I had my car valeted it was not in the best condition inside with 2 kids and a Labrador. But the service was really good , really reasonable price it was done at my place of work .which was really good. The staff member was very professional and good at communicating information”

“Arrived in plenty of time, got on with the job at hand, with a very good result. It was difficult to get some of the parts of the car clean but it's adequate. This was a End of Lease clean.”
