“Poor service. Shoddy clean inside and out. Smeared windows and what marks inside. Polish on windscreen from dashboard. Car window rims were not cleaned properly, seats cleaned and looked great when finished as not dry but dried out worse tan prior to clean Complaint made and no response in 4 weeks Would never use again”

“Fabulous job done by Danny. Had the Full Valet. He worked hard on the car for ages and everytime my wife or I looked out the window Danny was working hard. The car has never looked better, even when I bought it. Will definitely use again.q”

“Second no show in one week. Last week they cancelled a few hours ahead of time as it was 'too cold'. Today they cancelled with 10 mins to spare due to 'van trouble'. I'm self employed so have now lost a whole day's wages waiting in vain for valeters to turn up when they said they would. Avoid.”

“I was very impressed with the ability to book online, I have anxiety and this made it much easier for me. I was a little taken aback on the arrival to be told there was a pet hair issue inside my car, I rarely take my cats in the car (not a dog as was assumed) and they are usually caged but a couple of times they got out, still not expecting an extra £15 cost for pets inside so I did not go that route. I used to work on a sewage treatment site so it may have been numerous things getting into my car causing dust etc that perhaps looked worse. Anyhow, the man was polite and nice, very thorough on the car and it looked amazing afterwards. Although I did not realise the green on part of my car was algae and needed a special clean so we came to a good deal of him just doing the vehicle wash valet instead of inside too which more than worked for me. I wanted the outside to look good most of all. I would definitely recommend this service.”

“Excellent service.Did a first class job on my daughters car.Had to remove mold due to car being stored incorrectly at insurance company's yard.Carl spent time and considerable effort in applying the special solution.”

Hi Tongai, A member of our team has been in touch with you to discuss this matter directly. The operator has confirmed that all aspects of the full valet were carried out on your vehicle. Unfortunately, with the vehicle not having any mats or seat covers as protection to the day-to-day elements in which you work in, the franchise owner was unable to restore some aspects of your vehicle as the surfaces are damaged. We understand the conversation had to be cut short due to threatening behaviour over the phone towards our operator and one of our team members. Lee done an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job of getting my car looking brand new! Perfection! Lee's attention to detail is second to none and nothing was too much trouble. “My car really was disgusting and Connor (and co sorry didn’t get your name) worked so hard on it and I can’t stop looking at it! It looks even better than when I got it and somehow all of that dog hair (a good 2 years worth!) is gone and it smells amazing. Thank you so much for all your hard work. “Sorry missed a few points on my first review had my car scratched (very deep) by a shopping trolly at a supermarket Ricky Beniston from Fresh car scratch repairs came out and did a very professional job even the plastic rim around the wheel arch was all back to showroom standard Thank you Fresh and Ricky”

“Book for a valet ..hour and half late ..cleaned inside missed the roof lining..lost the tie that straps the parcel shelf up..cost £127 ..I called emailed pictures over but no response..wouldn't recommend”

“I'm sorry I didn't look close enough before he left but overall l am very disappointed with the valet I received this time. Booked for 2pm, he arrived 2 hours late at 4pm for which he apologised and with another person he brought to finish it quicker, finished the valet one hour 20 mins later at 17:20. I Paid £75 for a full valet and found marks on interior where I expected plastic to be back to black. Found 2 marks on bonnet like where bird had splat but still showed through and was obvious. Front Volvo chrome had water marks and not particularly clean so I had to washed and buff this to shine. And when I looked under wheel arches I could see dirt and when I took a cloth to it, dirt fell down onto tyres from all the arches. Overall, felt it was rushed and definitely not done to the standard expected.”
