“I initially ordered a Wooden Menace when they were out of stock with an estimated delivery for 25th - 27th September. Communication throughout was fantastic and my package arrived on time. I unpacking I noticed the hose from the pump was missing. I contacted Reuben who immediately posted a replacement hose out to me which arrived today. I have not yet had chance to use the board as I didn’t have a way of inflating and to be fair the weather has been awful too! The quality however looks to be fantastic and I am now itching for a calm autumn day to try out my new board. Great customer service and quality products.”

“After seeing a few social media posts featuring Fatstick boards I contacted Andy to discuss getting some boards shipped to Kefalonia. In the end we purchased in the U.K. and brought them back. Initially we were really impressed with the speed of communication and advice given and then when we unpacked our boards they exceeded our expectations. Being out on the water on a board you can trust is really important and the extras that came with our purchase are awesome. We take our dog Bella out with us so it’s really good with the seat that came with them as it gives you a little more control, especially as she likes to jump on and off. We’d totally recommend these boards and the company too.”

“Excellent service, delivered quickly with follow up emails making you instantly feel like a valued customer and not just a sale. The board itself is great, the tourer that I got is extremely stable and very manoeuvrable despite it's length. A few nice details really finish it off like wheels on the bag, collapsible pump and a tonne of handles. Love it, can't wait to do some more!”

“I have had my board for some 7 years with out a problem of any kind. Recently a small leak of air was noticed by a friend and the supplied patch seems to have worked. The only issue I thought I bought 3 tubes of adhesive but only one arrived. I prbably miss read the package but still another order may nevever be needed (with luck)”

“Can't recommend this company highly enough. Easy website to navigate, great choice and very competitive prices. Ordering and payment was quick and delivery was in the time estimated. Was delighted with the quality of the inflatable kayak I purchased. A poor and busy summer has stopped me from using it until today. Had a great time on a local loch with my dog. It was quick and easy to inflate, I used an electric pump. Handles made transport comfortable. It's stable even with a wiggly dog who wants to jump out and swim. I used it alone and found it responsive and comfortable to paddle. Really enjoyed it, a nice change from a paddle board. You could get some kit in it if you wanted to take it camping. Fatstick, are a thoughtful company, youtube videos and informative emails to help you get the very best from your purchase. Told all my friends and would recommend this company to you.”

“I am very impressed with the service from Fatstick. They offered to replace a broken paddle even though officially out of warranty and advised on an upgrade. Andy gave prompt and personal communication and the new paddle arrived quickly. Reuben followed up checking everything had gone OK. I love my Fatstick paddleboard and rate the company very highly.”

“Tested it out today on a beach on Islay, Scotland. Weather was typical Scottish bonkers and got pummeled with rain and hail and then the sun came out. Dry robe kept me dry and warm - absolutely love, love, LOVE!!! I love being out in the elements when it’s crazy and it’s good to have a warm, dry protection so that I can enjoy all the drama and stay warm! Thanks Fatstick 🖤”

“Nice website with plenty of information to take in while you choose your sup. You receive a nice little email from the founder of fatstick. Boards, obviously a generic one that every will receive on completion of your order, but a nice touch none the less. They also send you some more info out on water safety, a nice touch again. Quick dispatch and delivery. Then finally they plant a tree on your behalf, possibly just a gimmick to help make a sale, but it's gotta be doing some good for sure!”
