About Elite Models Online:

With more than 30 years experience in the model retail business having opened our first store in 1988, we aim to supply you with the greatest variety of models at extremely competitive prices. The team at Model World UK strive to provide excellent customer service - we don't just sell models we all have a love for what we do, and we also take part competitively in our hobbies, be it flying helicopters, quads, aeroplanes or racing cars and buggies. We love our jobs - who wouldn't enjoy working with these big boys toys all day everyday!

In the spring of 2013 we moved from our site at Maidstone to our new purpose built store in Sittingbourne where we have been able to grow and expand our offerings to you in a bright and welcoming store. And, in 2019 we nearly doubled the actual shop floor space to bring you even more products and also to allow us to launch the Sittingbourne Lego Store.

We are currently open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm

“Sent me a different rocket from the one wanted claiming item was out of stock despite website saying different. Rocket I received was listed as £7 cheaper but I was still charged the full amount for out of stock product. Tried several times to contact them but they don't seem to reply to emails or answer the phone.”

“I canceled the order 3 hours later. Elite ignored my cancellation and send out the Model next day. I should pay for shipping back to England and PayPal did not act. Typical English American unserious businesses.”

“Placed my order and waited for delivery. Then I got an email from paypal to say I had a refund. No email no apology to notify me of this. Not very good customer service g”

“Despite the stock showing as plenty and having paid by direct debit and having phoned a week after placing the order to find out where it may be, I still haven't had confirmation of despatch or received the goods. This review should surely arrive after the order not before”

“Don’t know how but out of the 6 colours ordered only 1 was suitable, 3 i knew may be questionable and 2 were Totally wrong, I think the design of the web site could be better but also the way Humbrol part number / group their paints.”

“I ordered items online and the website didn't mention they were out of stock. I also didn't receive an email informing me about the stock issue, if I did I would have cancelled as the main reason for ordering was for an item which was missing from my order. I would not use the service again, very disappointed.”

“I bought a new chassis "lesu 6 * 6 scania" and when I received it, I realized that the seller had dismantled two servos. I asked him to send them back to me and he replied ok if I paid them. it is out of the question that I pay them twice because during the purchase, the seller had not mentioned it. for that price he could have sent them back to me. seller in bad faith and dishonesty. not to recommend. As soon as I can, I'll come and see him”
