“I love everything I have - and everything I have gifted from Eleanor Bowmer. My one disappointment was a sale purchase - a gorgeous notebook. Postage cost half as much as the notebook - and then took 3 weeks to arrive (meaning it came way after the birthday it was purchased for). I did comment at the time - and received a polite response. It won’t stop me buying in the future, but I won’t rely too much on promised delivery dates.”

2/5 for postage speed - recently I’ve encountered some postal issues with my orders. Suggested timescales not being met. Unfortunately my last order arrived so late, I missed my sisters birthday.
