5/5 for product quality - I’ve purchased many, many items over the years from you and always found the quality to be extremely good. Every Birthday and Christmas I recieve one of your products as a gift from a family member - that’s how EB my house is! Ha! 2/5 for postage speed - recently I’ve encountered some postal issues with my orders. Suggested timescales not being met. Unfortunately my last order arrived so late, I missed my sisters birthday. Both my Mum and Mother-in-law encounter the same issues this Christmas whilst buying me gifts too, with both gifts arriving for Christmas Day just in the nick of time!
