“Always enjoy bringing our cocker to Dragon Fly. She’s been to a couple of the play sessions, as a puppy, and recently for ‘spaniel sprint’. We always pop in the shop to grab some supplies too. They’re always so knowledgable and happy to see all the dogs that come through the door. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“I have been very pleased with this company over the years. It was recommended to me by my sister about 4 years ago and I place oders regularly. The company is very efficient and orders are processed quickly. The website is easy to use and I am pleased with the range and quality of products available. Needless to say my five dogs are very happy with it too. Favourites are the biscuits which range in size for small rewards to bumper prizes dependent upon behaviour of course! I alsdo find it convenient to order worm testing kits, which arrive quicker than the actual lab where I ordered them from previously.”
Hi Sue, unfortunately as shown on the news, West Yorkshire experienced exceptionally heavy snow on 6th December (when you placed your order) and despite us packing it ready for despatch the next day, Royal Mail have been unable to reach parts of Huddersfield due to the deep snow and freezing conditions which are still continuing (but improving) a week later. I believe our Royal Mail collection finally took place on Wednesday from our premises so your goods should be on route to you now although the local central depots have also been heavily affected which will also have had a knock on effect. Katy is brilliant at what she does , she takes the time to get to know your dog and styles the groom to our requests and offers advice / suggestions .
