Thank you for your review Maria. Unfortunately, our price increases have purely been driven by supplier increases rather than inflation increases. We have held our prices where possible but many products have had more than one increase this year (some of which have been significant) which has meant we have had to pass some of these on to customers. “Unfortunately I had to throw it away after two uses because my dog started chewing the plastic grid on the back, which having brought it online I was unaware that it was made like that. Such a shame as I'd been searching for a new snuffle mat for ages but due to safety for our dog we couldn't risk leaving her with it when we went out 😒”
Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the snuffle mat and understand your reticence to leave your dog alone with it when you went out. Our website advises not to leave pets alone with toys or snuffle mats as a safety measure L x

Hi Ben, I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the beef scalp! As it is a natural product the sizes do vary greatly. “Dragonfly are very friendly and knowledgable, their products are diverse and well priced. My only concern with this company is the packaging used. Most of the raw food was defrosted when it arrived, the box was damaged and the 'cool bag' is just closed with some tape. If they used packing materials like Pro Dog Raw, the food would not be defrosted. Given delivery costs £9.99, it's fair to assume packaging should be better. Their helpline said that meat can be frozen and defrosted 4 times over, when I asked my vet about this, they said it's very dangerous and should be avoided. Given other companies deliver food frozen, this is a big area in which Dragonfly can improve.”
Thank you for your review Gurmukh, I know this got resolved to your satisfaction but I just wanted to address the situation on your review. We have now stopped the raw food courier service due to problems such as this and our courier being unable to guarantee keeping the goods frozen in transit. Thank you for your feedback. “As well as a price increase with my latest order the "thick" ones seem to be getting smaller. Chew time on past orders is 25 minutes and now is less. Visually the new batch is certainly thinner than the remaining two I had left over from a previous order.”
Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback. With the pizzles, they are graded by weight not visually as this is the fairest and most consistent way to grade them. Unfortunately, as everything has risen in price, we are experiencing increased cost from our suppliers. Kind regards, Laura

Thank you for the review, sorry to hear that all the products were not as appealing as others. I guess pooches can be as particular as us hoomans when it comes to taste. The quality varies with all natural products, especially from different suppliers. We do quality check all our products and would not send anything that is not satisfactory. I hope you find something else that your pup may enjoy.

Thank you for the review. Sadly, all-natural products can have a wiff due to that raw product and not having anything added to it. Some can be smellier than others, so please don't be put off by the one chew.
