HI Sarah, I have just looked into this for you and your order was despatched by us and sent to DPD for delivery today. I am unsure why DPD haven't got your parcel for delivery today and I will look into this for you. The service we use with DPD is 'next day delivery' but as per the terms on our website, we can't guarantee that our warehouse will despatch your item next day if they are particularly busy (which we are at the moment). I am sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. Unfortuantely once an order leaves us we are in the hands of the courier service which can be frustrating for all involved if they don't deliver on time. Unfortunately in warmer weather flies are very attracted to raw food which is what these are. We always recommend defrosting it in a covered container to eliminate this happening - I can see from the picture these are fresh fly eggs rather than ones which have been frozen on the product. Hi Elizabeth, that is disappointing. Fleas can be so hard to get rid of and without chemicals it can take time and patience. I would recommend using a flea comb every day and ensuring all bedding and blankets are washed at high temperatures to stop them reinfecting your pup. L x

Hi Alison, sorry that you weren’t happy with your raw food. The brands vary greatly and without knowing which one you are talking about I can’t give an honest opinion. The hard bits will be bone though as all complete raw food has raw bone in it and dependent on how finely they are ground is how noticeable they are. Some brands are coarse (Durham Animal Feeds) and some are fine (Manifold Valley Meats). Please contact us if you’d like to discuss this further. Kind regards, Laura
