Your prices are significantly higher even with 10% discount for two bags than James Wellbeloved kibble for senior dogs( she will be 11years old on 12/04/25). via Amazon and they deliver to our home. Thus, the difference is about 25% and I wonder if there is a more competitive way for me to purchase these goods from your Company? As yet I have fed her your food for a week with no issues and I like the idea of supporting local business like yours as I live in Slaithwaite. Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and feedback. Regarding the issue on pricing. James Wellbeloved is significantly cheaper than our food as it contains a HUGE amount of filler content. Upon a quick google of their senior range, the food is made up of brown rice (36.5%), turkey meal (17.5%), naked oats, white rice (13.9%) as the primary ingredients. This is a total of approximately 50% of fillers (rice and oats) and 36.5% of powdered Turkey 'meal'. Our food is 50% (Freshly Prepared Range) or 65% (Gourmet Range) of fresh and dried meat. We don't use fillers of any kind or meat meal. Therefore it is a significantly higher quality than James Wellbeloved which is reflected in the price. As discussed in detail via several emails, our loyalty points scheme is an additional bonus for customers alongside our free samples with every order and yours is the only complaint we have recieved relating to it. As a small company, there are limits to what we can offer within the scope of maintaining a healthy business.
