“Took Poppy for a teeth cleaning consultation and to have her nails clipped. Never been anywhere other than vets to have any treatment so I was nervous and hoped Poppy would be okay as she is quite a nervous dog. The process was fully explained and I was put at ease. Poppy was fine and have booked further appointments for her teeth.”
