“Products as usual are first class and much better than anything in our local pet shop - however the delivery service from DHL was diabolical, the parcel itself which is always well packaged was broken. The initial date of delivery was for Wednesday 13th but turned up on the Friday even though we weren't expecting it until Monday 18th according to their tracking. I would definitely order again as my dogs love your chews and have never had a problem before but hopefully next time it will be a different delivery company”

“I took my Jack Russell for a groom. Despite being short staffed, Dragonfly went out of their way to arrange another appointment which we could attend. Everyone was lovely and my dog was nice and relaxed, he looked fantastic afterwards, very neat and tidy groom, thank you”
“My dogs including my 10 month old rescue Belgium Malinois and old rescue Greekie loves the Large (and Medium for the greekie) root chews and the large (and medium) olive stick to chew. It was great I could request the biggest chew possible for the puppy and this was highlighted by the team, so I am sure this was request was carried out. Great service and delivery with a littel freebie too.”
