“Excellent product, my dogs love them and need good quality single protein dogs training treats that are a suitable size otherwise it can get very expensive, I bought these as my staffies has skin issues, I did buy the bubble product but won't use it as reading it contains sodium laurel sulphate which would be no good for my staff, I should have checked before I purchased, constructive feedback the treats are good but I wouldn't have that bubble product as not natural ingredients, has confusing wording, natural and synthetic, but will still buy the other bits, thank you”

My dog has had this from a local supplier but we’ve decided to have it delivered instead of trying to catch the other supplier as & when they were open. “Firstly my dogs love Dragonfly treats, so they have patiently waited for a delivery to arrive (over a week) Dragonfly were prompt in getting my order dispatched and informing me that it was on its way, however DHL obviously didn't realise that my dogs were waiting on their treats, firstly they said it would be delivered on 21st, then it was delayed,then it would be delivered on 22nd then no contact from DHL, then their website said that it didn't exist !!! I emailed Dragonfly about my parcel and I got a reply within the hour! Dragonfly then proceeded to keep me informed about the situation with more emails over the next few days whilst they chased up DHL. So now I have eventually received my order, I have happy dogs and Dragonfly customer service have been excellent thank you.”
