“Daisy our pugapoo looked a lot better with her puppy trim. It was explained to us about not over trimming a puppy as it can lead to problems with bald patches. The only confusion was with regard to the length of time before we had to collect her. Initially total time was hour and a half but then we got a phone call to say that was a mistake snd we needed to return half an hour earlier. We would use the grooming service again.”

“Chipolata loved your products. But he ate a whole camel sculp in one go!!! He is a miniature wirehaired dacshund and I should have only given him a smalll piece!! He loved the Kong Rhino but managed to get the squeaker out in under 5 mins. Please could you recommend some hardier toys preferaby with squeakers, as he is mad about those. Wonderfull products and great service, no complaints, just observations.”

“Good selection of products and, importantly for me, it is possible to check that they have not been sourced in countries such as China where health standards are lower. Ideally it would be good if products were sourced specifically in the UK.”

“I brought the root wood chew block,which my puppy enjoys,I was also given a free beef twirl chew stick which was suitable for puppy’s and older dogs but unfortunately my puppy ended up with it down his throat where it had gone soggy and chewed and piece hanging out so unfortunately I won’t be buying these as I think it’s a little dangerous”
