“I ordered 100 Curtain Rings for my Daughters new House ,i promptly received them ,but only received 96 plus 2 larger rings ,I e.mailed DiyDirect and they apologised and sent me the remaining 4,If i had received 100 initally i would have rated 5 stars .”

“Cutting to length was no issue The product is nice on the eye Only issue adhesive not strong enough so I applied super glue and pinned in the ends so the brush will stay in place”

“Lowest price I could find. Delivery was quick. One of the tubs was damaged and had leaked into the bag, as I was using it immediately it didn?t matter but would have being a problem if I?d wanted keep it for use later.”

“Poorly described on the internet, the two tap cartridges arrived OK and, with luck, might be useable. A better description in the promo ads would give potential buyers some confidence in placing an order. The items themselves are first class. Delivery - as promised. Price - unbeatable. 4-star, could easily be 5-star.”

“The service I received from DIYDIRECT.COM was top notch. Speedy despatch and very responsive to problems, of which I had a few regarding the manufacturing of the product, not the service. Issues dealt with immediately and courteously. For customer service, all round professionalism. One star knocked-off because of the inconvenience to me of having to deal with some imperfect products.”
