“The service was prompt and efficient in delivering the products I bought. The packaging was of a very high quality and the packaging of the products inside the box was of an equally high standard. I made an error in ordering one item after I had paid for the order, and I had to send an email to customer services to correct the mistake. The email was answered and my mistake was rectified quickly and I was sent a confirmation that this had been done. Excellent customer service - a shout out to Mark for this top quality customer support.”

“Received my box of assorted Slotted Self Tapping screws in excellent time. Just one little hiccup, one of the compartments has Dome Philips Headed screws in it! Don't want to return them or for this to go public to blot what was otherwise spot-on and I've used some of the slotted types already(just thought you ought to be aware)Can photo if you want me to. “I was pleased with my experience with DIY Direct. I had a delivery which included 2 bulbs which were not what I expected, but Customers Service sorted it out straight away and to my satisfaction. The illustration of the bulb did not match the technical description so I had ordered the wrong product, but a replacement was sent free of charge with an apology.”

“The order was difficult to place, possibly because it was after 5 o'clock, but the next day it went through very smoothly. The item - Raw Linseed Oil - arrived very next day. Haven't used the Oil yet.”

“My dealings with DIY Express have been excellent all round However I was shocked yesterday with my rather large board order which was made by a lady on her own No help Delivery manager needs a serious reprimand for allowing this She couldn’t manage with the size and weight Me an 80 yr old had to help carry in from van Thxs”

“Items arrived in less than 24 hours of ordering AND I ordered at the weekend, super impressed with delivery. Unfortunately the throw on the window rack bolts wasn’t clear, and it’s tiny, and only suitable for windows that are flush in their frames with only a mm or do clearance.”
