“The goods arrived with amazing speed - I was taken by surprise. I think they were posted out the same day as I ordered them. They have not been used yet, but the quality looks just fine and they fit with all the kit I already have waiting to be used. Maybe website could be a little easier - those of us who are ordinary householders may not make much distinction between waste pipes and rainwater systems. I had to find "downpipe" and "overflow". Couldn't find any downpipe bends in "downpipe". But I am delighted with the service otherwise.”

“Products were fine but Royal Mail delivery was awful. They gave me a date for delivery then didn?t deliver. Told me product was returned to depot. Delivery promised next working day. Didn?t happen. Took 5 working days for package to arrive.”
