“Excellent company to deal with. Very communicative from placing the order to a prompt delivery (with despatch and tracking info provided if required). Goods exactly as described and excellent value. The only tiny gripe is that the website/ordering/basket facility could do with some improvement as if you wish to add to your order, it duplicates the original order as well as adding the extra products required so you do need to double check/delete the initial purchases if you don't plan on over-ordering at check out.”

“The basket filter was described as to fit 300mm opening which is what I purchased it for! Unfortunately the filter is 300mm overall, ie to outside edge of the flange so when I put it on my tank it just fell through the hole into the bottom! 🙄.”
