I love my new perfect fit "silver berch" venetian blind. It is now easier to open the windows especially in the hot weather. However, it was slightly difficult to get the brackets in the windows. When I emailed direct blind team, they suggested a different size of brackets which in the end had a better fit. I would appreciate link videos of how to measure and how to fit the venetian to the window on the website.

Blinds are good although the mahogany slats are quite light in colour compared to the mahogany frame. They are more a rust colour. Delivered quite quickly and easy to put together.

Purchased black-out blinds which fit into the windows for the main bedroom and similar for the ensuite. made a lot of difference and was very pleased with the quality and finish. Looking to possibly purchase more for the bathroom but need to consider different material

In our experience, all our Perfect Fit Pleated and Venetian Blinds would be suitable in a bathroom, as long as they aren't getting soaking wet. We were very pleased with our order. All blinds fitted perfectly. The order took a bit longer to process than the first time but this was a bigger order of 10 blinds. My only complaint would be to make it clearer on the packaging which blind fits where, especially when we had taken the time on the order itself to give each blind a reference name.

Love the concept of the blinds. didn't quite realise they would need to be fitted together after delivery, had to order bigger clips even thought measured twice and correct measurement ordered. 1 blind out of the 4 has a small pinhole in the actual blind material.

Lovely blinds, good quality, look great. Fitting was a bit tricky. The process is simple and well explained through the videos and guides. However, and this may be a little specific to our windows, it was physically tricky to get the brackets into the frames and in the right places. In addition, one of the trims was just slightly too long by a few mm and we had to saw it down. But the company did us a special blind for an extra wide window - constructed of two blinds joined together - for no extra cost which was fantastic. Overall, we're happy with the end result.

My Intu Blinds are perfect fit, coincidentally based on Perfect Fit Blinds, without the frames. Only 4 stars as I feel the Profile C Bars, should be almost the same length as blinds drop, they are only there as supports, seen all the videos.Customer service excellent 5 out 5. You will find it's not so easy inserting clips, but once in, they should not move, beautiful!

Bought perfect fit and faux wooden. As much as the perfect fit looked amazing when up, I was disappointed the some of the plastic bits were damaged but didn’t want to go to all the hassle of returning and having to wait so just made it work with what I have. I imagine from the positive responses on Instagram that customer service is great so I still recommend you and continue to tag in my posts :) The faux wood ones look brill too and no issues there :) will be ordering more for my bay windows

Everything was fab from order to finish. Just 1 little blip the twister that turns the blinds wasnt right but we soon fixed it.

Product is brilliant, easy installation for one person. Only downside was the delivery times - well beyond advertised and even after I chased, it still took another week to arrive.

I was surprised by how robust the blinds are. In hindsight, I would not have gotten them opening both top and bottom as I can't reach the top and they slip down if I close them too fast. Excellent customer service from Ellie after I realised I couldn't open my window and needed a spacer. Top marks. Would buy again from the company.

We were so impressed with our first order and the 10 day delivery time we ordered a second blind, after 3 weeks we phoned to see why it hadn’t been delivered, apparently they had been swamped with orders and all were running late. It might have been better customer services to inform us before we queried if the order was lost. We now have a wait time of about 6 weeks total!

Customer Service was great, very helpful when I called, a real personal touch. Blinds delivered on time, well packaged and look great. I ordered perfect fit, only downside was really tight brackets, my bead size is 18mm, the 16-18mm involved a real strughle to clip in. I had not ordered samples, that may have help decide on a larger clip.

Great company to deal with. I got my measurements wrong as I misread the information but was able to return for the blind to be adjusted to precise measurements and returned within 48hrs to allow my contractor to complete the installation. The customer services manager was very understanding and the additional cost was reasonable.

Happy to become a customer of DOB. There was quite a bit of to and froing between us at the start probably because we had quite exacting requirements for the image to be printed on the blind but happy when the product turned up. The roller blind components are good quality and easy to fit. There was only two slight niggles....on the day of delivery the Postman saw that we were in so rang the bell and left it lent against the front door and scarpered, we were really concerned to see the condition of the cardboard tube the blind arrived in, it was really battered in places BUT pleased to see on opening that it was a thick wall tube so consequently no damage to the contents ! the other factor was that the chrome operating chain that we asked for seemed a little short and only hangs 2/3 down the window so that height and the fact that it has a 60 cm deep work surface below means it is 90 cms to reach which is a little struggle for my wife ! Having said all that my wife is already designing the next replacement roller to order from DOB

Sorry that the packaging got damaged in transit, given the nature of the product we invest heavily into our packaging to ensure products aren't damaged in transit, so as you can imagine it is just as frustrating for us when these things happen but we're very glad to hear that your blind itself wasn't damaged! This feedback is much appreciated and we will pass your feedback on to the delivery company. In regards to the short chain, we ask for the installation height when ordering to ensure the chains are the correct length for child safety laws. We take child safety very seriously and always follow the laws put in place which unfortunately does mean that sometimes in situations like this, the chains can be hard to reach, again we fully understand your frustrations but as a business, we must comply as we'd hate for any accidents to happen which could cost a little one their life! We're so happy that your wife loves the blind and we can't wait to see your next design :) Kind regards, Ellie
