“I am so happy as my Perfect Fit Venetian Blinds was perfectly fitted on my window frames. I am having aluminium frames but still blinds could be fixed nicely and firmly. Materials & workmanship are very good and fitting & operation is so easy. For long time I was thinking what curtain type to fix on these specific windows until I found Direct Order Blinds. Thank you very much!”

“Really great blind. Easy to measure if you read the instructions carefully! Not hard to fit but again carefully read the directions and it was fairly simple. Looks amazing! I fitted mine upside down so I can have just the lower part covered and still have either daylight or starry sky in the top half. It is perfect and looks really stylish.”

“Had my money since September. Expected delivery in October. Now in November and still waiting for my order. Had no correspondence or updates since my purchase until I have contacted them asking where my order is. Expected delivery date has passed. Not cheap money to part with for them to be holding onto for months before processing orders.”

Hi Charlene, Thank you for leaving us a review. Our current dispatch time as stated on our website - for Perfect Fit Shutters it is 20-25 working days. We are an extremely busy small family-run business and have been busier than we anticipated, for this we can only apologise. You placed your order on the 28th of September, with an estimated delivery date of 26th October - 2nd November, this was stated before you added the blinds to your basket, as well as on your order confirmation. Our 'estimated dispatch dates' are an estimation for a reason, as sometimes things happen that are out of our control. By providing an 'estimation' we are not 'guaranteeing'. On the 30th of October, we contacted you to state there had been a slight delay as we were waiting on a replacement side frame from our supplier, due to it having been damaged in transit. We, and I'm sure you would've much rather have a slight delay in receiving your order than receive something damaged. We would much rather send out perfect products than damaged ones purely to meet our estimated dispatch dates. I can confirm your order has been dispatched today (6th November) just 2 working days past the estimated dispatch date. Apologies again for the delay - we really appreciate your patience. I really hope you love your new Shutters and would consider amending your review once you have installed them and are happy with the final product. Negative reviews (and comments on Instagram) can be really damaging to a small business. Kind regards, Ellie

“I love my new perfect fit "silver berch" venetian blind. It is now easier to open the windows especially in the hot weather. However, it was slightly difficult to get the brackets in the windows. When I emailed direct blind team, they suggested a different size of brackets which in the end had a better fit. I would appreciate link videos of how to measure and how to fit the venetian to the window on the website.”

“I ordered the perfect fit Venetian blinds for my elderly mums patio doors. The measuring was strait forward and they were delivered really quickly. Fitting was quick and easy and my mum loves them.”

“We are very happy with our perfect fit pleated blinds they were easy to order & very well packaged. We had previously had a set fitted by a local company but they were almost twice the price ( even though the the fitting takes very little time) and the ones from Direct Order in reality look & feel almost identical. We have since ordered another set & plan to get more. I highly recommend the company. Thank you”

“Blinds are good although the mahogany slats are quite light in colour compared to the mahogany frame. They are more a rust colour. Delivered quite quickly and easy to put together.”

“Amazing company and staff. I wanted a direct fit roller blind for my kitchen door but unfortunately the fabric I had selected wasn’t available in the size I needed. I contacted direct order blinds and within a day they had sourced various samples in the same colour I wanted direct from the manufacturer. They really went above and beyond to help me. I selected a beautiful fabric and my blind arrived really quickly after I placed the order. The quality is amazing, the blind was incredibly easy to fit and the price was a fraction compared to local companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Direct Order Blinds.”

“First time I've used this company and it certainly will not be the last. The directions for taking measurements were so easy to follow and the result was a perfect fit. The quality of material used is excellent and the choices given are numerous. Pricing is competitive and speed from manufacture to delivery was very quick. Looking forard to placing my next order.
