I'm so glad you are happy with your blind and the customer service you received :) Due to all of our blinds being made to measure, we aim to dispatch all orders in 10-15 working days, as stated on our website. I just took a look at your order and can see it was dispatched in 9 working days and delivered next day but we're sorry this didn't meet your expectations! Ellie

“Great quality blinds at a competitive price. Reasonably fast turnaround. Would have given 5 stars but there has been something missing from last two orders so had to ring customer services who were very helpful.”

“Everything very good. Minor comment is that the screws I received for installation of a roller blind were of an incompatible length with the supplied fitting and rawl plugs.”

“Ordered to replace existing blinds in conservatory. All perfect fit and match exactly as I measured. Less than half the price of our local blind shop. Would have been 5 star but I didn't get delivery notification and was away when they arrived so sat behind bin for a few days. They were wrapped well and weather tight inside the boxes so we're ok.”

“The blinds were delivered quickly and were easy to install. However they did not fit perfectly so I contacted the seller requesting 1 larger clip and now it fits perfect. I also snapped the blind turning rod so they sent me a new one out as well as the bigger clip that I needed free of charge. Very good customer service The only negative is that the blinds do not pull up or down as easily as I'd want but the quality is very good for the price.”
