“Cost twice as much as other companies and not as good”

Our pricing is competitive and reflects the craftsmanship that goes into our blinds being handmade, however, you still chose to buy from us which suggests that we aren't twice as much as our competitors. Hi Saffron, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your new blinds, however, you haven't contacted us to make us aware of this issue. It sounds like the blinds have not been put together properly, as the bottom bar should sit between the channels, not on the track.
