I have now placed 2 orders. 1st order track didn't work so you had to send a replacement. 2nd order, loose clips for blinds were not in delivery. I had to ring up for you to send them. Both these issues held up the job and could have been avoided if you quality checked before sending out. On plus side the product is very good and you resolved the issues quickly.

Prompt delivery. The only problem with our perfect fit order was that it was very tricky and time consuming to create the necessary tension with the strings while tieing a knot at the same time as there was no clamp provided which makes the proces much easier

Hi Tina, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, however you haven't been in contact with us so we can't rectify this for you. Sometimes Perfect Fit Blinds need a little bit of washing liquid to help the brackets slide in 😊 If the length was wrong and it was a manufacturing error we will be more than happy to replace these for you. Nice blinds but very expensive to resolve any issues you may have with fitting.

Hi Simon, Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. I just had a look into your order and it seems like you ordered the wrong brackets when you initially placed the order. You since then placed an order of the correct size brackets costing you £4.80 + shipping. In a later email we confirmed that we would refund you the cost of the brackets if you returned the original ones too us, meaning the only price you would've had to pay to resolve your issue is the postage. Not sure why this warrants a 3 star review as we believe this is very reasonable but I am sorry you feel this way! Kind regards, Ellie
