“Product is brilliant, easy installation for one person. Only downside was the delivery times - well beyond advertised and even after I chased, it still took another week to arrive.”

Hi Tina, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, however you haven't been in contact with us so we can't rectify this for you. Sometimes Perfect Fit Blinds need a little bit of washing liquid to help the brackets slide in 😊 If the length was wrong and it was a manufacturing error we will be more than happy to replace these for you. “Very happy with the blinds and the customer support. In particular, Ellie Ormesher was able to answer our questions about measurements and fitting, and also provide samples from the manufacturers of the fabrics we needed, as these were not readily available. We felt she had gone the 'extra mile' . We mailed and spoke directly.”

“We were recommended to buy these blinds from a friend, tried them out and really pleased that we placed the order. It did arrive a bit later than expected but definitely worth the wait. We have had lots of compliments about them and one of our guests has even ordered some for her flat as it's a great product, gives you privacy when you need it and I love that you can push them up to get a better view. I would highly recommend buying one, especially if you live on a busy street and want a classy looking dressed window instead of net curtains!!”

“Really pleased with our new blinds! Really easy to install, they look so smart- wish we’d done it years ago! 1 bit of feedback however though….please label the blinds! I assumed they would be! Given that when purchasing you ask us to “name them” I was surprised to see what when they arrived that they weren’t labelled what I had called them. Had to carefully look at each blinds measurements to ensure I had the correct one which did take up quite a bit of time as we had ordered 7.”

The blinds do come labelled, just numbered rather than your 'blind identification' e.g. '1/7, 2/7'.
