“I was surprised by how robust the blinds are. In hindsight, I would not have gotten them opening both top and bottom as I can't reach the top and they slip down if I close them too fast. Excellent customer service from Ellie after I realised I couldn't open my window and needed a spacer. Top marks. Would buy again from the company.”

“Very happy with my new Perfect Fit blind for the front door, went together easy, had a problem with one bracket that fitted into the beading being slightly too small,emailed Direct Blinds and a replacement was sent out the same day arriving the next day. Fits perfectly. Good quality blind and excellent customer service.would well recommend this company.”

“We were so impressed with our first order and the 10 day delivery time we ordered a second blind, after 3 weeks we phoned to see why it hadn’t been delivered, apparently they had been swamped with orders and all were running late. It might have been better customer services to inform us before we queried if the order was lost. We now have a wait time of about 6 weeks total!”

“Following moving house into a new build, I purchased a blind for my children’s bedrooms. The quality of the blinds were brilliant. Since this order, I have just ordered another 6 blinds for the rest of the house. I am really looking forward to these arriving and being put up!”

“I ordered made to fit Intu blinds. Easy to order. Explained on website about fitting, measuring etc.. Sent initial profile pack (to work out what type of beading you have), quickly and for free (other companies charge £5). Kept updated by email. Blinds delivered and packed well, no damage. Video on website precisely showed how to fit. These blinds are brilliant. No drilling required. They just have fixings which slide 'intu' the upvc frame around the glass, then the blind slots on that. They look great. I love how they fit on the glass and don't hang in front of whole frame/window. Makes it really easy if it is an opening window as you can still get to the handle. I am not a DIYer, hence me trying these. It honestly is soooo easy! I will definitely be ordering for other windows.”
