“Ordered some perfect fit blinds and they were indeed perfect. Had a minor problem ( my fault entirely) and the brilliant sales team ( Cheryl ) was more than helpful and sorted it. Recommend highly.”

Hi Saffron, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your new blinds, however, you haven't contacted us to make us aware of this issue. It sounds like the blinds have not been put together properly, as the bottom bar should sit between the channels, not on the track.
