“Easy to use website with clear instructions for measuring. Order arrived earlier than dates indicated. Packed very securely. Excellent product, far better quality than one it replaced which had broken. Clear instructions & easy to fit. I will use Direct Order Blinds again & highly recommend them”

“I found this company via Google searching, specifically, for Intu Blinds. They have not disappointed in either their service or the products they sell. When I contacted customer service with a mundane question I was treated to a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable lady, she made me feel welcome and encouraged to call again with any aspect or query (I wish I could remember her name). I have had 8 blinds from D O B all Intu and Venetian and Pleated. The website really explains how to measure - any questions customer service are truly helpful - and fitting was equally well explained and easy to do. Excellent all round 😃”

“Can't recommend this company highly enough. From the beginning they've been super friendly and helpful allowing me to choose colours and styles with samples readily available. I decided on Perfect Fit Venetians for my new conservatory and honestly could not be happier. Super fast delivery, excellent quality, easy to fit and look superb. Will definately ordering again for the rest of the house. First Class price, quality and service.”

“My blinds are excellent I ordered on separate orders for the whole house the first order took about 2 weeks which I was told it would take the second arrived in just over a week I was very surprised how quick it was I had to contact customer service who were very friendly all in all excellent service would definitely recommend to family”

“Amazing product! Great pricing, got my samples fast and my blinds made fast! Expertly packaged with attention to detail! Nothing was too much for the customer services who answered my email queries quickly and professionally! Perfect fit and intu blinds brought. Will be back to do the whole house!”

“Customer service is excellent, no crazy question too crazy! The price is comparable to other companys for hand made blinds. Instructions on site for measuring are easy to follow. Delivery on my 2nd order was super fast.”

“Excellent customer service whenever I had a question - friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Website has in depth measuring instructions. Easy to order online and kept informed of delivery. “I had ordered the same style of blinds (perfect for) from a competitor previously but they didn’t do fitting widths narrow enough this time, and so went with direct order blinds. The product here was far superior and feel much higher quality. Fiddly to fit, but so were the others.. happy with the product and service”
