Hi Saffron, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your new blinds, however, you haven't contacted us to make us aware of this issue. It sounds like the blinds have not been put together properly, as the bottom bar should sit between the channels, not on the track. “I made a cockup over the measuring of the blind and they helped sort it out Delivery would have been good but I ordered it just before the Christmas break and in the middle of a postage strike! The blind it’s self is VERY good and looks smart. I have recommended the company to several friends and family and would not hesitate to order from them again!”

“I found Direct Order Blinds a fair firm to deal with and offering good products at a competitive price ,particularly during their special promotions for Black Friday. I ordered slightly the wrong size and they were very helpful at getting things sorted and delivered in time for Christmas. I would recommend them.”

“Second time buying blinds from the company. My only issue is that you are asked to name your blinds so you don’t confuse them, but they are not labelled on the stickers, so you need to refer to your order to see which one is which. Other than that, great quality, easy to fit and I will be buying more!”

“I'm really happy with my blinds. We were struggling to find perfect fit blinds to fit 2 small french windows at the sides of the doors and were over the moon to find a company that made them small enough. We got white pleated; very understated and when closed give us privacy but lets a nice amount of light through the fabric to give a bit of a glow and give the room a nice feel. Easy to install.”

“The blind I bought fitted exactly and looks fabulous in the doorframe for which it was meant. The order took a little time but it was over Christmas and I missed the Christmas order date by a couple of days, but the blind was fine. The instructions were excellent too for fitting the blind and I didn't need to do anything such as trim the blind to fit. Overall I am really pleased and the cost was excellent”

“What a delight this company were to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Customer service was exceptional and the product is first-class and delivered in a timely manner. Had one little blip with side struts but was dealt with promptly and professionally. I will definitely be using them again and would have no worries in recommending them to friends and family.”

“Love these stunning blinds. Really impressed with the service and customer service . One blind came damaged (delivery company fault) after sending photos replacement part was received in a few days and easy to change. Easy to fit to doors and windows. Totally transformed my French doors. Would highly recommend.”
