“This was a truly amazing service. I was given answers to every question and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. They really helped me turn something so terrible into something that helps me significantly. I only have one judgement. It did take a few months for progression with my medical records so I had to help by emailing my gp and the company that send medical records. After this it seemed to be all sorted and the application was completed. It is just slightly peculiar that I had to step in to help when I am giving 35% of my compensation for them to do this for me. However, I do not fully understand the circumstances and process of this whole thing so I am just on the outside looking in. I'm so grateful to have people working so hard to provide me with compensation. It almost takes away the pain of the incident to know that something good has come of it. I feel like I've got my justice.”

“Amira was very attentive also with my neurological disorders she was patient and understanding also this helps so much for people like myself who are not just survivors also suffered trauma extremely bad and do need that bit of extra time and understanding on top of brain conditions to in extremely important. The contacting me was appropriate if I did not get back to criminal injuries Amira would contact me in a different way as I have had problems with my phone.”
