Anita helped but it took a week to do it , yeah I had to get the crime Reference number but that’s took less then 24 hours , if I was asked that last Friday I would of done it quicker , it could of been on Wednesday when I got the crime reference number but over all she was polite to me and explained things well as I have learning difficulties and I’m on the spectrum .

It's a bit too quick going through the questions because of the abuse I've incurred it needs to be a bit slower But that's just my preference

I mentioned that I was mistreated by the Met police from the Kentish Town police station on the 30th November last year-I had gone up my street to collect my iPhone for which I had 50 pounds for its broken screen! That was on the 29th November, the previous day! When I went to collect myiPhone as I had promised it would be ready for collection, the repair shop keeper told he doesn't know me and my iPhone and that I was trying to rob from his shop- exchanged few hot words I then suggested he calls the police- As soon as the police came I showed my recipient and bank statement since I paid by credit debit card from Nation wide bank! Immediately the police said they know I suffered from mental illness and thus they tired me up and took me the Highgate Mental health hospital! The next day, my hand was swollen and the right hand lost all sensitivity in the hand! I have had to go on painkillers for over two months to restore sensitivity in right hand!

The service was good and fast, just feel like someone doesn’t need to prove mental health when they know they are suffering.

You took too much of my payout to be honest.
