“At first it was a very slow process, but once case was passed on to Tasnima, it was worth the wait, Tasnima was great, kept in touch, assisted when I did not understand and eventually I got the win. I won’t lie it is tough going through the trauma again, but trusting the process and being patient was worth it.”
