“This was a truly amazing service. I was given answers to every question and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. They really helped me turn something so terrible into something that helps me significantly. I only have one judgement. It did take a few months for progression with my medical records so I had to help by emailing my gp and the company that send medical records. After this it seemed to be all sorted and the application was completed. It is just slightly peculiar that I had to step in to help when I am giving 35% of my compensation for them to do this for me. However, I do not fully understand the circumstances and process of this whole thing so I am just on the outside looking in. I'm so grateful to have people working so hard to provide me with compensation. It almost takes away the pain of the incident to know that something good has come of it. I feel like I've got my justice.”

“I never realised this was even an option for me and although it was a few years ago I have struggled with my mental health a lot since so to know there is a potential glimmer of being compensated is the feeling that in some way or another I am getting some justice for what happened to me. It is a very difficult topic to discuss for me especially over the phone and ensuring no one else in the household can overhear, so Nabeela was so accommodating at helping finding an alternative method (WhatsApp) to go through the questions so that I could take me time to answer, without feeling overwhelmed with emotions over the phone. It was so nice to just feel listened too as I’ve bottled this up a lot over the years and nabeela made the process as easy as possible for me.”
