“I was really happy with the outcome of my claim. Yes you do unfortunately have 35% of your claim amount taken for fees with it being no win no fee but I’m happy with the amount I will be given even after the percentage is taken. My case took a while but I do feel like I have been compensated very fairly and now this money is really going to help as I have a baby boy due next month, Thankyou for all of your help x”

“Refused to help me and apparently it happened to long ago for them to help but never told me this till getting every last bit of information out of me. I suffer from severe PTSD from my sexual assault and they have brought everything back up with their ridiculous questions. I don't not recommend whatsoever. Useless and unhelpful.”
