“It took me a long time to decide that I needed help, that there was someone to help me even with a conversation. When I called I was scared but the clerk (I don't know if I can say her name) was so kind, compassionate and helped me through the application for everything. If I didn't understand, she had the patience to explain and listen to me. If you have experienced violence, if you feel alone and abandoned, these people are here to help you.the experience will never be erased, but it can be accepted and we can be stronger and more confident in ourselves. my advice is seek them out and share, these people are here for you and with you.”
