“The light is fantastic, and definitely will upgrade your living room. It comes with good packing, and the crystals are already attached so we don't have to fix them one by one. The light was quite heavy and need 2-3 strong men to install it. I am very happy with the quality and delivery. Highly recommend.”

“I bought a picture frame from CP Lighting and had a slight issue with it. I got in contact with them and they could not have been more helpful. Their customer service is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, they responded quickly fixed my issue and were just generally brilliant.”

“Spent almost £300 on a ceiling light. Arrived ok. Quality ok but central shift a bit bent slightly. Didn't complain just straightened it. Fitted lamp and all 6 bulbs supplied. 1 bulb not working. Switched bulbs round to make sure bulb was the problem, it was. Contacted Cp lighting asking for bulb and asked for extra bulb (small 4w bulb) as a goodwill gesture. Company responded quickly but only offered to replace broken bulb. Not a major issue but certainly not great customer service. We like buying off good companies. Maybe £300 wasnt enough to warrant a £4 good will gesture! Wouldn't rush back.”

Dear John, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. Can you please provide us with your WEB order number so we can contact the supplier directly with regards to the bent light fitting? We would like to make them aware of the issue so we can resolve this problem for other customers, and would have of course replaced this for you if we had known. We apologize for the issue with the bulb, we use branded bulbs and they do occasionally get the odd faulty one. Our understanding was you only had one faulty bulb which we replaced straight away, and you do get 3 years guarantee on all LED bulbs so they should all last you years to come. “I ordered 6 items..I was told there was only 3 in stock which was Absolutely fine. I received the items but I'm still waiting for my refund for the other 3?”

“I found your company whilst searching for a certain size of frame. I was delighted as your frames were far classier than any I’d previously seen. I ordered 5x5 and 6x4 Laura Ashley frames. Very impressed with the quick delivery and the frames were beautifully packaged. They were bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. She absolutely loved them, so much so she asked me for the name of the company and has since ordered more frames of the same design. Her new frames were delivered yesterday. I would definitely recommend your company for variety, price, quality and delivery.”

“I recently purchased a ceiling light which arrived on time as quoted. Unfortunately I damaged the diffuser on installation, on contacting customer services the organised a replacement part which arrived direct from the manufacture with in a week - 5 star service all round, would highly recommend CP Lighting and will certainly be using them again for any future purchases - many thanks to all of the team😀 Kind regards Gary”
